Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) is a tropical evergreen tree native to Southeast Asia. Its leaves and extracts are used as both a stimulant and a sedative, depending on the strain and dosage of the kratom. It’s been reported to help with pain, insomnia, and withdrawal symptoms.

Yes! Our products are tested by a third-party laboratory to ensure a healthy and stable product is formulated for our clientele. Lab results can be emailed to you upon request by reaching out to admin@thoughtcloud.net.

As with most natural supplements, Kratom is safe when used in moderation. If you have any concerns about using Kratom, consult your doctor. If you feel like you’ve taken too much, contact poison control or emergency services.  Enjoy responsibly! 

In many cases, you will need to ask your bank to lift the “International Lock” and allow charges to ThoughtCloud. Most likely it’s just your bank trying to prevent fraud due to our payment processing system being based in the UK.

If you are getting an error message saying that your card is fraudulent, please reach out to admin@thoughtcloud.net with your phone number and the best times to receive a text or email so that we may help you get it sorted out. Otherwise, simply try using a different card.

Returns

All returns are subject to inspection and approval. To be eligible for a return, the package must contain only the original product, and be returned in the same container that the product was received in.

If you purchase during a BOGO sale, we can only offer to refund the returned product if both the item that was purchased/paid for is returned along with the bottle that you received for free. Both items must be unopened/unused in order to qualify for a return.

Exchanges


We can also exchange an item for a different product of equal value if you wish, also within 30 (thirty) days.

Refunds


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate within seven (7) days a refund to the card used when you originally placed the order. You will receive an email from our payment processor once the refund is issued. Please note that the funds may take up to 5-7 business days to post to your account, dependent on the card issuer’s policies.
